 Initial appointment £65.00 - includes a free foot massage (1-2 hours approximately**)

 For new patients and pre-existing patients who have not had treatment with myself for 4 months or longer.

 Your first appointment includes: -

 A consultation / a full foot health assessment / a full Neurovascular assessment* / Vascular assessment* with Doppler (if   required) / Sensory Neuropathy assessment* / a full and detailed medical history (please have ready a list of medications that   you are currently taking) / an agreed treatment plan with the patient (reflecting the patient's individual requirements) / the     treatment itself (as detailed in the treatment plan) and a free foot massage (optional) by applying moisturising cream to finish   off leaving your feet soft and silky.

 Please remove nail varnish prior to appointment (I will need to see the condition of the toenails)

   Follow-up appointments for general maintenance £55.00 - includes a free foot massage (1 hour approximately**)

 It is advisable to have regular follow-up appointments every 6 - 8 weeks to keep the feet healthy.

 Your Follow-up includes: -

 A consultation / a full Neurovascular assessment / Vascular assessment with Doppler (if required) / Sensory Neuropathy   assessment (when due) / a full foot health assessment / a full and detailed medical history for any additional medications   since previous visit /an agreed treatment plan (to reflect the patient's individual requirements) / the treatment itself (as   detailed in the treatment plan) followed by a free foot massage (optional) by applying moisturising cream to finish off leaving   your feet soft and silky.

 Please remove nail varnish prior to appointment (I will need to see the condition of the toenails)

 * These assessments are yearly or 6 monthly (if diabetic) and will be carried out prior to any treatment and at your next follow-   up appointment (when due).

 ** As a guide, the industry standard for appointment time is 30-40 minutes. Depending on the condition of your feet, please         allow approximately 1 - 2 hours, for the initial appointment. You will not be charged for a double appointment.

 Follow-up appointments for general maintenance are approximately an hour.

 Some feet require extra work and this can take 1.5 hours this is at an additional cost. Please ask for futher details. 

 Fingernails Cut, File and apply patient's own nail polish £25.00 - includes a free hand massage (optional) using patient's

 own hand cream (30 minutes carried out at the same time with a follow-up appointment)

 Your Fingernails Cut, File and Nail polish includes:

 Fingernails cut, file and apply patient's own nail polish along with a free hand massage (optional) applying patient's own hand   cream to finish off leaving your hands soft and silky.

  Fingernails Cut and File   £15.00 - includes a free hand massage (optional) using patient's own hand cream)   

 (20 minutes carried out at the same time with a follow-up appointment)

 Your Fingernails Cut and File includes:

 Fingernails cut and filed followed by a free hand massage (optional) applying patient's own hand cream to finish off leaving   your hands soft and silky.

 Toenail polish (patient's own) £15.00 (20 minutes carried out at the same time with a follow-up appointment)

 Your Toenail polish includes:

 Applying patient's own nail polish.

 Cancellation:

 If you need to reschedule/cancel your appointment, please call at least 24 hours' prior to your appointment. Reschedule/   cancellation of less than 24 hours notice, including missed appointments will be charged at the full price and your next   appointment is payable in advanced.

 Additional travel charges apply (there and back) outside of the areas covered.
